Lena teaches regular weekly classes in Upper Nyack, NY. Her classes are unusual in that they are limited in size with a maximum of 10 students in each class. This provides her with the gratifying possibility to work much closer with each and every participant, as well as to adapt each class to the individual needs of her students.

Lena offers one-on-one private sessions in and around the Nyack area on a limited basis. A private session is fully customized to the specific needs of the student, as this is the way Yoga traditionally was taught to make it possible to mold the Yoga practice fully to each individual’s personal needs. Lena works with students from all paths of life including those recovering from serious accidents and/or surgery, as well as students that are living with, or healing from, serious illness such as cancer.
